Authenticity of customer reviews

We use the following mechanisms to verify incoming reviews:

• Exclusive manual review: Every incoming review is manually reviewed and checked by us. In doing so, we check the content of the review for logical inconsistencies and other irregularities.
• Verification of actual order status: Each incoming review is checked for authenticity, meaning whether the reviewer actually ordered the item and can therefore submit a review for the item at all.
• Manual Sampling: We also conduct random checks of individual comments, which have not yet been pre-filtered in any other way, according to the same standards.
• We check whether the purchase and review of the product are related in terms of time and place, and whether there are any content contradictions. This allows us to determine whether the customer actually used the product.

There is no stricter filtering of negative reviews or preferential treatment of positive reviews. As long as a review meets the criteria mentioned above, it will be published equally, regardless of whether it is worded in a benevolent, critical, or even derogatory manner.

Evaluation guidelines:

We would be very happy if you would like to rate our products. To ensure your review is published, please adhere to the following guidelines when submitting your review:

• The review may of course contain your opinion and any criticism. However, any form of discrimination and insults will not be tolerated.
• It is not allowed to leave advertisements for other products in reviews.
• We do not allow reviews from so-called product testers. You must not have received any financial compensation from third parties for the review.
• Reviews must be based on your own experiences with the product and be truthful. Any form of false claims and attempts at manipulation will not be tolerated.
• In case of violations of our review policy, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently block user accounts and reviews submitted by them.
