Frequently asked questions about ordering and our shop.
Why is the delivery time so long?
Most of our embellished textiles are not stock items. This means that we print and ship the textiles specifically after you place your order.
I'm unsure about the size, what can I do?
We have a separate page for the different size charts . Simply search for the desired product there and compare the measurements with a garment you already own.
Can I pick up my order myself?
Unfortunately, we don't (yet) operate a physical store, which is why in-person pickup is currently not possible. However, if you live in the immediate vicinity of our location, we might be able to arrange something. Just contact us using the form to the right.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you don't need a customer account to place an order. However, we still need all the relevant information requested during the ordering process. If you plan to order from us frequently, it is recommended to register an account.
